Shellita Boxie, President/CEO of SMB Personal Fitness, Inc. is a certified Aerobic and Personal Fitness Instructor. She has been in the fitness industry for over 12 years teaching Step, Spinning, Hi-Low, Pilate, Resist-a-Ball, Kickboxing, Body Sculpting and Bootcamp. Originally from Louisiana, she has been a Central Florida resident for 9 years. Shellita holds a B.A. degree in Organizational Communication from the University of Central Florida, works as a lifestyle and fitness model and has owned her own fitness business for 10 years. Throughout those 10 years, she has obtained fitness contracts with companies such as the FDIC, Disney Wide World of Sports,  Northrop Grumman, AT&T, Islesworth Golf and Country Club, Bayhill Golf and Country Club, Central Florida YMCA, Bally Total Fitness, Macedonia Baptist, St. Marks A M E, Orange County Parks and Recreation, Health Central Hospital, American Idol Fantasia Barrino, in www.lifeisnotafairytale.com, Michael Eisner, and Congresswoman Corrine Brown. She's even trained a few extraordinary people such as animation characters, Princess Fiona from Shrek and Laura Croft of Tomb Raider.

With today’s hectic lifestyle, Shellita has made it easier and more affordable for anyone to incorporate physical fitness into his or her daily lives. The idea was put into action when so many people gave the excuse of not having the time, place or money to dedicate to their health.  With an overload of passion and drive, she began reaching people of all income levels by training individuals as well as in small group settings.   It was not the monetary value of her service but the exchange value that gave her the most rewards.  Seeing her clients face beam at the loss of a pound or a few inches, was more than enough pay for saving or improving someone's life.
