Anyone can take a class at SMB Personal Fitness, Inc., regardless of weight, fitness level, or age. We offer both traditional classes and customized classes in a small group setting, so getting bored isn’t an option! From gentle stretching classes with resistance bands to high-level intensity workouts with weights, we’re sure you’ll find a class that addresses your needs. Booty and the Beast Bootcamp Fitness: The Booty is the Body and The Beast is the internal struggles we all must overcome to accomplish our Physical, Mental, Spiritual, Financial and Relationship Goals. Collectively, we educate, motivate and support each other through thick and thin, no pun intended. Classes include indoor and outdoor cardio, core and strength training. We take most of our measurements through non-scale measurements. Grab your towel and water bottle and join us.
Bootcamp on the Run: If you like to workout in the outdoors and site see, this is the perfect class for you. Bootcamp in the Run includes military-style fitness training using the way of the land while running a 5k through the beautiful city of Winter Park, Orlando or Altamonte.
Butt-n-Gut: Butt & Gutt is a Core Conditioning class that focuses on the abdominals, gluteus maximus, and minimus. You will need a personal mat, water, and towel.
Flossy Posse Fitness Club: Workouts are 30 min long. Includes 3 to 4 like-minded people all of the different levels and with different goals. You will still get plenty of attention and lots of results. It focuses on cardio, strength and core conditioning.
Stretch and Relaxation: Relax Relate Release. Take a load off, unwind, and detox your Spirit, Mind, and Body in this 20 min, aromatherapy, simple stretch and relation class. Elongate those tight and twisted muscles while meditating your mind.
Step-n-Sculpt: aerobics can be a low-intensity or a high-intensity form of exercise and can be performed in a pool or in a studio. Studies have shown that aerobic exercise can promote a healthy heart, improve body and mind awareness, and strengthen muscles. STEP & SCULPT. A step aerobics class that teaches basic combinations at an intermediate level for a safe and effective cardiovascular workout and combines toning aspects of resistance training. A great class for intermediate and advanced fitness levels.
Ultimate Sit-Fit (USF): Ultimate Sit-Fit is designed with you in mind. Regardless of your physical condition, you will enjoy a total body workout to improve strength, cardiovascular and your core condition. But, this isn't your grandparents' chair aerobics class. This one is for the ultimate, spunky mature adult or anyone with limitations.
